Respect & Professionalism
All members must treat instructors, staff, and fellow members with respect. Harassment, bullying, or aggressive behavior is not tolerated.

Safety First
• Follow all instructor directions.
• Use proper technique and control during training.
• Report injuries or unsafe conditions immediately.

Cleanliness & Hygiene
• Wear clean training attire.
• Maintain personal hygiene.
• Wipe down equipment after use.

Facility Rules
• No unauthorized coaching or instruction.
• No outside equipment without approval.
• Keep personal belongings in designated areas.

Behavior Expectations
• No profanity, threats, or disruptive conduct.
• No drugs, alcohol, or banned substances on premises.
• Violations may result in suspension or termination of membership.
