Membership Overview
This Membership Agreement outlines the terms governing your membership with World Famous MMA.

Member Responsibilities
• Maintain respectful behavior toward staff and other members.
• Follow all gym rules, safety guidelines, and class protocols.
• Use equipment properly and report any damage or hazards.

Billing & Payments
• Membership dues are billed monthly.
• Members are responsible for ensuring payments are up to date.
• Declined payments may result in temporary suspension.

Cancellation
Members may cancel at any time by emailing info@worldfamousmma.com with their full name and a brief note. No additional fees apply to rejoin—simply restart monthly dues.

Freezing Membership
Membership freezes may be granted for medical or travel reasons at the discretion of management.

Code of Conduct Compliance
Members must adhere to the World Famous MMA Code of Conduct at all times.

Agreement Acceptance
By joining, you acknowledge and agree to all terms in this Membership Agreement.
