1. Agreement to Terms

By creating an account, purchasing a membership, booking a consultation, or accessing any services on the World Famous MMA website (“World Famous MMA,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or its services.

2. Membership Options

World Famous MMA offers multiple membership and service options, including:

  • Consultations with Ira across ten specialized areas
  • Pro Membership with access to Ira’s instructional video library
  • Additional services or features that may be added over time

Each membership type may have its own pricing, features, and limitations. Details are provided at checkout and on the membership pages.

3. Account Requirements

To use our services, you must:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
  • Be at least 18 years old, or have parental/guardian consent

You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Payments & Billing

All membership fees, consultation fees, and recurring charges are clearly displayed at checkout.

  • Payments are processed securely through our third‑party payment provider.
  • Memberships may renew automatically depending on the plan selected.
  • You authorize World Famous MMA to charge your payment method for recurring fees unless you cancel before the renewal date.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

You may cancel your membership at any time by contacting us at info@worldfamousmma.com.

  • Cancellations stop future billing but do not automatically issue refunds.
  • Refunds may be granted at our discretion and only in accordance with our Refund Policy.
  • Access to Pro Membership content ends when your billing cycle expires.

6. Consultations

Consultations with Ira are scheduled through our booking system.

  • You will receive a Google Meet link after completing your booking.
  • Missed or late appointments may be subject to rescheduling limitations.
  • Consultation content is for personal use only and may not be recorded, shared, or redistributed.

7. Pro Membership Video Library

The Pro Membership grants access to Ira’s instructional video library.

  • Content is for personal, non‑commercial use only.
  • You may not download, copy, share, or distribute any videos.
  • Access remains active only while your membership is current.

8. Code of Conduct

Members agree to:

  • Use the site respectfully and responsibly
  • Avoid abusive, harmful, or disruptive behavior
  • Follow all instructions provided by Ira or World Famous MMA staff

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the site — including videos, text, graphics, branding, and training materials — is the property of World Famous MMA and protected by copyright and trademark laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

10. Technology Requirements

Members are responsible for ensuring they have:

  • A stable internet connection
  • A device capable of streaming video content
  • Access to Google Meet for consultations

We are not responsible for technical issues on the user’s device or network.

11. Modifications to Services

World Famous MMA may update, modify, or discontinue features, pricing, or services at any time. Changes will be posted on the website, and continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of those changes.

World Famous MMA is not liable for:

  • Injuries resulting from improper training or misuse of information
  • Technical issues, outages, or service interruptions
  • Loss of data or unauthorized access caused by third‑party platforms
